Today I went to the SBI card porur branch, They didn't allow half lower, The office was located on the commerzone campus. At the same time, heavy rain is falling and After the Argument, they are permitted to stand inside the campus. I am a sbi customer but they treat me for unknown person

Extremely poor service. Office in a swanky building but no parking. Extremely rude customer service. Took me almost 2 hours to enter the building and meet an agent about a simple issue. Only one agent available for all customers. I had to wait for an hour to meet an agent. I wonder how a brand like SBI can provide such a shabby service.

SBI OFFCIALS ARE NOT ALLOWING TO CLOSE CREDIT CARD THEY ARE NOT ADHERAING THE CUSTMERS REQUEST IN 24 HOURS RBI HAS TO TAKE ACTION ON IT CREDIT CARD CLOSURE REQUEST TO DONE WITH IN 24 HOURS AND NOT TO PROMOTE ANY OFFERS RATHER THAN CLOSING EVEN RBI CAN CHECK OR AUDIT THIS WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE ESSPECIALLY FOR CLOUSRE OF CARDS

One of the worst service. We came here to pay the old credit card payment. After lot of process we came inside the office. Only one counter is available to attend the service and also they allowed only one person to go inside the room. As they have many person for sales why don't they have arrange more counter for attend the service. They have separate collection team, they don't be available in this office. So have to follow with them separately to them.

Worst Experience to meet the Executive. 1. No Parking for Visitors who visting SBI card. Such a huge PSB division doesn't provide parking to its visitors. Parked the vehicle outside of building and it makes things worst because got ticket from police that vehicle was parked in outside. 2. No Child's are allowed. Am carrying my 11 month child along with me. How can I drop my child outside. Left the building immediately and another working day jnhave to lost.

Very very bad. By using the logo of sbi they are earning a bad name for the bank. Many staff are available. Daily making promotional calls. But no responsible staff available to rectify their mistake which would not take even a minute. When they do not come forward to rectify we have to doubt their credibility.

SBI credit card services are not good at all. They offer worst service when it comes to Recovery collection, Sales and support. I have had a terrible experience with them. They make life horrible not simple.

One of the worst experiences from SBI. I am a customer of SBI for almost a decade. But this credit card section ruined the name and credibility of SBI. Just to sell the credit card, the sales executive told me the card is life time free. Later, I understood there is no scheme of Lifetime free in SBI card. Her name is Agalya. Once the credit card was issued, Annual charges was levied. When I ask her about this, she said send the statement I will reverse. Then she ghosted saying I am travelling and other reasons. Then she said spend 2000Rs to get the rewards. Just to sell the credit card I am amazed how many lies she came up with and never accepted the fault. I have proof of WhatsApp chats as well. I will close the credit card soon. Never lie a to a customer. For completing your target you can cheat like this. But you can't retain a customer. For this, you can tell the truth and add value to yourself and your organization. Grow up!.
