Staff are not discipline. They don't follow a proper management. They give preference to some people who are not even employees and and enter to the Cabin of designated officer from the back side to get their work done and on the other hand there are lots of normal people who are waiting in the queue for their turn which really disgusting. But if I talk about Manager, he was good and maintain a proper way to his Cabin.
Very bad experiance from this Bank , i had visited some days ago to open a minor account but the told me you can,t open a account bcz your age is less then 18 but the bank offers to open minor account if minor crossed 10years they are eligible to open an account but the bankers they don,t open
You all know how SBI provides us services, I love their timing of lunch time I always have to wait in a long queue for my normal transaction.
