Unable to give a 0, so ended up giving a 1Had the worst possible experience in SBC scans, Dindigul. As soon as we entered they asked us to pay the full amount and didn't even tell us how long it will take. We had to wait for 3 hours to take the scan and come back after 4 hours to collect the report. Waiting is not an issue, but the problem is the attitude of the staffs. All of them were extremely rude, arrogant and unpleasant. Felt like they are doing a service for free but the reality is they are charging us a substantial amount. The most disorganised, money-minded, ill mannered, arrogant staffs I've ever seen anywhere. I know you are doing a meaningful job, but treat your patients/customers with some respect.
Zero... Cheated... What doctor prescribed is anamoly scan and what scan doctor done is something else. In short, time and money wasted. Scanned once again at other centre
Visited SBC scan center for blood test and scan service. The service from this center is too good. The place is clean and very well maintained. They charged me the nominal amount for the service. They have given the results to me on time. Highly recommended for all tests.
Well maintained Customer support needs to be improved a lot
I am giving 1 star because unable to select zero. There is no proper system of waiting and randomly ask as to wait for 1.30hours and then again 45 minutes. There is no end to this pathetic system. Seriously need to change the process and no transparency towards the waiting list. Due to recommendation from the doctor we are coming still the situation like this no help to patients. Clear report& clear images. The campus is kept clean. Also have Laboratory. Highly recommended in Dindigul SBC CT&MRI.
Need improvement in dealing with the patient and there is immodest approach while scanning by radiologist. High degree distractions not appreciated
Waiting period for taking an MRI scan is 3 hours, again we need to wait for more than 5 hours to collect scan reports. Disease will become severe before starting the medication. Had to wait for 8 hours for a black fungus results. I don't know how much growth it would have been in that waiting period. Pathetic management & coordination
