Stayed in hotel for couple of days. The hotel room was average, the floor carpet was not cleaned properly and it was damp for some reason. Second day, I found some insects inside the room so cleanliness wasn't that much. The restaurant was good but the service was delayed. Food was good with different varieties available. Overall the experience was good.

We had arranged a family get together at lunch for 30 members. Their food was good. BUT, the service was absolute mess. They should quickly learn to handle more than 4 people coming together for lunch/dinner. Good food loses its taste when you don't get hot roti/chapati on time at your table. When you go there to book for 20+ members lunch, they will give discount, but, they will keep few things vague in the menu and will not answer clearly (chef se puchhna padega is their common rescue answer). After you book and your guests are in, they will make changes to menu at last moment. Service will remain pathetic throughout.

We've come here a couple of times in the span of a year. The food menu is ALWAYS the same, with 10% difference. This time around the tandoor wasn't working, a couple of dishes were not available from the menu and the taste was below average. But the daal was good. We requested for a discount because of all of this, on a light note. But the staff members weren't sure very polite in declining that either.

Rooms and service was pretty good. But they lack a good breakfast as options were very limited. I would have give them a 4 or 4.5 but considering all other things I've given a 5 rating.

I went there for a Get together consisting of 52 persons. We booked Mahal-2, the 2nd Banquet hall. The hall was spacious with very good furniture. The Management allowed our request to re-arrange the round tables. The attendants were very courteous and helped in shifting the tables and chairs to our liking. The food was tasty and the arrangements were good. The menu was decided by us from a big list of items which included Chineese and Italian cuisine . The Music system was also good with speakers mounted at the foru corners for even distribution of sound. The hall we required was for 50 to 60 persons, so the hotel has very good portable dividers. So the halls can be made bigger or smaller as per the number of persons. However, we could hear the music and speaker who occupied Mahal-1. This was promptly rectified by the Management when they came to us for inspection. This was without our feedback. The hall had very good interiors with excellent lighting. No area felt dark. Minute details for the conduct were looked into. This was heart warming I felt that the warm food could have been warmer. For some unknown reasons, the heating system under the food containers were not put to use. I have no hesitation to recommend Sayaji Banquet for Get togethers and Sales Conferences, Seminars etc for 20 to 400 persons. Keep it up Sayaji...
