The rooms and location are perfect but the services were awful. We reached there at 12:30 night and the rooms were not ready. We had booked 2 rooms as we were with the family but they gave rooms on the opposite ends of the floor. After taking a lot of time they provided them along with. This sort of inconvenience is not at all expected from this, especially at that time of the night when we expect it to be all ready.

This is one of the oldest hotel in Indore, and I must commend the team on keeping this property well maintained. Rooms are very neat and clean, breakfast menu is quite elaborate and staff is very courteous. Will stay here in my next visit as well and also plan to try their dinner at roof top. Kudos to the team and management for maintaining no 1 position !!!

Staying here 2 nights and its corporate booking. Foods, Room and service is average and good. Atmosphere is good. Taste of food can be improved, similarly AC and Fan of rooms can be better Overall I'm giving 4****

I visit the Sayaji Hotel every week. Multilevel parking is very good and the first in the city. Sometimes people complain about the wallet parking but overall it's ok. Food is not up to the mark, in terms of taste and sometimes it looks like they served food prepared on the Last day. Tea and coffee are tasteless, and the sugar pouches available here look like stored for so many months. The staff is good, they always have smiles on their faces. The Interior of the hotel is good but it is old-fashioned now so they need a makeover. Few Meeting halls are bigger than required and few of them are very small. Lighting solutions need some expert planning as sometimes it is too low for corporate meetings. It is Indore's first luxury hotel and we respect it.

Rooms are good, but the lighting device in the room is lil complicated and tedious. Technology is for simplifying the work not to complicate it. Limited alcohol brands, they sell something else as something.

Was here on a short business visit and loved the experience. The front office checked me in real quick, the concierge were very helpful too. The F&B staff were exceptionally good, pleasant and friendly. The best experience was the food, delicious,tasty and so fresh. By the way, rooms are spick and span and comfortable. All in all, a great and happy stay here. Thank you team Sayaji!

Good experienced overall but the rooms can be more modernised. No smart TV or Android TV. Staff is very polite and helpful but does not do everything on their own. For example the room cleaning is done daily but they always leave something out, or rather forget to do it , like replacing hand towel. But when you ask for that service they are happy to replace the towel. The room cards automatically get disabled, this is a bit problematic. Other than this almost everything is fine.

Stayed there for few days during my induction trainig. Best place in indore great ambience along with luxury pickup amd drop facility, live kitchen restraunt and live sexaphone music is awsome. Poolside bar is also very lovely for those who love to enjoy their drinks. Staff is always responsive.
