First- about the clinic, the doctors may have been in practice for long but surely don't understand the nuances of good practice. There is no privacy or confidentiality in the treatment, the doctor's cabin is full with number of patients who listen to every single consultation taking place in front of them. Disgusting and disgraceful. Second- those who come to this clinic expecting a good diagnosis, please look at your prescriptions before leaving the clinic as the doctors won't tell you the diagnosis and the need of medications/tests unless you do so by yourself. You won't even get the prescription at the time of consultation but only afterwards as someone would come out from cabin and call your name and hand it over to you. Third- extremely poor and incompetent staff. Don't expect good courtesy or hospitality from anyone. They think patients are idiots and don't know how to publicise (negatively) the service they are doing. Good luck.

Waiting time is too long Very bad experience

Dont even deserve 1 star. Also in covid times they are only concernend about there safety by building glass wall and checking patients. In waiting area so many people are sitting together also they are not taking appointments so you have to sit there for 2-3 hour and after that much waste of time you get even worse treatment.

Such an uneducated and out dated doctor.. this doctor can only treat some general disease but when it comes to some complex disease this man is a waste. Just don't waste your time and money here

Not happy with the treatment..I spend around 25k but there is no result on my face. Going forward i will never suggest any one to go for treatment. Saxena ma'am always in hurry...After check up she will suggest for laser treatment ( cost 6k to 10k). All the middle class people going because of saxena sir services... Earlier there was Good result but now days same repeated cream, tables and they will directly recommend laser treatment for earning lot of money. If any is going first time then he/she should come always. May be you will see the result in 3 month but after that again you will face the same problem. Again and again you have to go to the doctor. I was going Saxena clinic since 2011 because of Rajeev sir but now days Very un happy.

Best treatment in jabalpur. I came all the way from Delhi to be treated by him. Awesome staff high class equipment and perfect consultation.

Very expensive doctor.. without listening anything start writing the medicines. They are giving fake assurance only saying take this treatment and that treatment only for money

I took a laser treatment from this clinic it was my worst experience... Very bad staff neither they did any safety precaution... Even they applied there machine near my eyes....won't suggest anyone for such clinic for laser option....
