Very good rooms. Excellent service and food quality. Little on the expensive side, but given the quality and service its bearable. Love to visit again. Great place to be with family, friends, colleagues and also has pool. Very easy to find on the highway only

Pros: 1. Rooms are good 2. Lawn with swimming pool & multiple sitting area. 3. Restaurant with tasty foods 4. Good staff behavior 5. Good parking space Cons: 1. Comparatively higher price rates for rooms 2. Premises is small 3. For swimming pool access either you need to bring own swimming suits otherwise they will charge for their swimsuits. 4. No forest or tea garden view from their premises. Conclusion: One of the best restaurant & in this area. If you want to stay in proper town then this resort is a good option.

We stayed there for 4 days and we're definitely overwhelmed with the warm welcome and hospitality provided by them. Rooms are very spacious, tidy and beautifully decorated. Services provided by them are indescribable. Overall, It has been a fantastic experience at this Resort and I would definitely suggest everyone , who're planning for Dooars trip to opt for this resort without giving it a second thought. Thanks to the entire sawdagar team. Would love to visit again.

we recently visited thisresort and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The person at the front desk, who I believe was named Somnath Roy, turned out to be a fraudster and was extremely rude to us. He fooled us into paying an extra 1000 rupees for the room, and when we tried to negotiate, he insisted that we pay the full amount and promised to adjust the discount from our food bill later. At checkout, when we inquired about the discount, he denied any such agreement and demanded full payment. Moreover, the rooms were just average, and the bathroom was disgustingly dirty with a broken flush. Adding insult to injury, they charged double the price for an ice-cream cone and three times the cost of a swimming costume. They had also promised that the swimming pool would be open until 5 pm, but when we arrived, they wouldn't let us swim while others were still in the pool. Overall, I would strongly advise anyone against visiting this resort. Please be aware of the fraudulent practices and the terrible service provided. The rooms are average, and the bathroom was unhygienic, and you won't get the amenities promised. It's best to avoid this type of resort at all costs.

Excellent place for family tour and stay. Only resort to have swimming pool & 2 luxury suites. Kids will also enjoy the stay. Resort has vehicle for local jungle tour on request. Recommended.

We recently stayed at a resort where we had a terrible experience with the staff at the front desk, particularly with an individual named Somnath Roy, who we suspect may be a fraud. He was incredibly rude and tried to deceive us by overcharging us 1000 rupees for the room. When we tried to negotiate, he insisted we pay the full amount and said he would speak to the manager about adjusting the discount from our food bill. Reluctantly, we paid the full amount. However, when we checked out and inquired about the discount, he denied any knowledge of it and insisted we pay the full bill. The quality of the rooms was subpar, with average amenities, and the bathroom was filthy, with a malfunctioning flush. To add insult to injury, the swimming pool was only open until 5 pm, despite other guests still swimming beyond that time. Moreover, they charged us triple the regular price for swimming costumes. We felt scammed and cheated by the resort's deceptive practices. We caution others to be aware of this type of fraudulent behavior at this resort. The staff at the front desk, especially Somnath Roy, was dishonest and disrespectful. The rooms were below par, the bathroom was unclean, and the swimming pool policies were misleading. We would not recommend this resort to anyone, and we urge others to be cautious and avoid such fraudulent resorts.

We checked in at 2 in the morning after the tourist police helped us , even that late the guard showed us the rooms with a happy face. The next morning also the staff who served us was polite and the food was tasty, no disturbances, the area was also beautiful I would say the overall experience was superb, nice food , good service and well mannered staff and a friendly manager.
