We booked this place in the last minute, yet received the warmest most prepared welcome. This place gives you a relaxing vibe immediately upon arrival. The rooms have a fireplace that can be enabled upon a simple phone call. The exec chef greets you every time you dine. The variety at the Breakfast Buffet is undeniable.

A place which is Ooty in itself. A lush green garden with beautiful flowers along with just the right old-timey ambience, this is a perfect place for anybody who loves themselves a good vintage experience. The rooms are spacious and the service is exceptional with helpful and accommodating staff. The food is top notch as is expected. The rooms also have a private fireplace which can be lit on request and which makes the night all the more cozy and warm. A must visit destination even if one doesn't plan on staying but if they have a change of heart the stay is worth every dime.

It was a super comfortable stay at Savoy. It has a perfect location in the city. The food was amazing. Above all, the hospitality of the staff was commendable. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammad Kasim, he was kind enough to cater to our every need to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Such a bad experience here, we had used the charging station in the premises and were not allowed to use the restroom s in the restaurant premises, though it was for ladies we were denied entry. It's a such a shameful experience in one of tatas property.

Beautiful property and cozy cottages that make for a perfect holiday. The place is well maintained with pleasing gardens and sit-outs. It's great for kids to play around as it is a secure environment inside. The restaurant serves wonderful food. The buffets have a good variety and are totally appetizing. Fantastic service. It definitely is a wonderful stay and I would love going back to the place.

I would say one of the best 5 star property in Ooty. Its actually a school built by britishers in 1829 , which has been aesthically modified as TAJ hotel. Staffs are just brilliant. They go out of their way to make our stay comfortable and makes us feel comfortable in all the aspects. Food is just too delicious. Mostly pan asian cuisine is available with some mouth watering food. Spa was average. Not great compared to other 5 star property. To the amount they charge the service they provided was not commendable. Property is located in lush green which is a treat for eyes. From evening 7 they put bonfire. Morning 10-11 you can feed the rabbits and fish. They do have early morning yoga sessions as well.
