Guys, If you haven't enough person in service, pls don't open your second floor dining. We wait around 15 minutes to get your service peoples attention even they are roaming here and there and someone took our in between he was talking with someone else over phone. I think customers are the second priority if they get calls, remember we were sitting there around 15 minutes. And the guy took orders and and some of the dishes served after sometime some dishes was missing, we thought they will deliver it soon. After some time we asked about the other dishes which they didn't served. Then they totally confused and running here and there finally said like, there is an issue to prepare that dishes, they can't serve it. Very pathetic service. Thanks for spoiling a good dinner night if us. A lady who was with her family was sitting nearby table, she was continuously calling the service boys fir something. But no use. She was also saying the same while leaving the restaurant. Any poor service.

I am a fan of Savoury Restaurant express counter.. It is live at late night also... The tea & snacks are incredible.. I personally love their Shawarma roll ( the best in town) it is rich in flavour & a heavy bite dose. They offer few seats outside, open arena.. Its mostly crowded in evening peak hours.

I had a great experience here. As always we had to wait as it was crowded in the lunch time. The food tasted good and also I personally liked the service.

The food is good , the service is nice .But the parking facilities is piteous. The attitude they are giving off is, " if u want to eat here, go park ur car outside and come , we cannot provide any facilities for u"

Very bad customer service We ordered normal Mandi and beef shavarma. They provided shawaya mandi and that no mentioned in the meanu and not mentioned by the staff. They provided beef shavarma in very bad kuboos with very bad smell. When we asked about they told that is the problem of the onion that they used. We cancelled all the orders and left from there. Don't go to overhyped restaurants like these....

Ordered mandhi. Before ordering asked the staff wheather it will be served hor or not.They guaranteed it will Fresh and hot.But when the food Arrived it was ice cold.Both the rice and Alfham was too cold and felt like not Fresh.

My view from eating here 3 times. 1. A lot of staff are walking around in uniform between the dining area, but when it gets a very bit busy, no one is available to serve you properly. 2. The biryani we ordered for 2 people took 20 minutes to reach our table. 3. When I saw that it was getting late, the person who was with me said that they are making new biryani, But when we touched the biryani we realized that it was just our imagination . It's absolutely not a worthy dish at all. 4. All admiration and respect is gone when we remember that we waited for 20 minutes for this mildly hot biryani. Especially people who are not in any hurry, For those who have time to spare,This place is perfect for those who don't want hot and fresh food while waiting for a long.

I had visited late in the evening (around 10 pm) as expected most of the items were not available. The overall ambiance was good just the service could have been faster. May be since i visited late in the evening the service people were tired too. Giving a 3 star as I expect the service to be to notch at any time. Will go at a different time on another day & maybe give an update to this teview
