We checked in late night on a thursday. Since it's a family and we wanted a triple room, they upgraded us to a suite. One of the best hotels in Chennai. It's in a prime location. Clean and spacious rooms. Very well maintained considering the fact that it's been in operation for a very long time. The bathroom was very very clean which is like the most important to us. The staffs are courteous, friendly and professional.
Ideal for both business and leisure stays. I have deducted 1 star because you might find occassionally a non-smoking room which reeks of the odour of smoke. The guest is to blame for that, but the hotel should be able to prevent this behaviour and also do a better job of cleaning. Overall quality of rooms and restaurants is good, food is also good and tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is also equipped with shops, salons, gym, swimming pool, etc.
Buffet was really good. Starters were limited compared to bbq nation but main and desserts were good and had more options. Customer service was exceptional

Very good accommodation on a prime location in the center of chennai. The premise is clean and the facilities were good. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of spread and all the food items were delicious Main drawback was at the reception desk. They took a lot of time to complete the check in process and even the housekeeping team made us to wait till late afternoon to allocate the rooms after cleaning
