My mom diagnosed of breast cancer at TMH Mumbai and after one nd half year cancer spreads in whole body and my mom is in so serious situation but SAVERA settle very well the situation.
Overall a good experience. Had an ortho surgery of my brother. Well qualified and experienced doctors and nursing staff. Excellent hygiene and facilities. However, unethical & unprofessional behaviour was shown from their sales/finance coordinator, not just to me but towards other patients as well. She agreed to something during admission, but flat out refused during discharge. Avoided meeting another patient for an entire day, who was sharing the room with me, during his discharge as well, despite his repeated requests. Such kind of incidents downplay the hard work of other staff, and bitter the otherwise very pleasant experience.
