I won't give any Star because my experience is so bad not bad so worst i give my cat to them for metting they take money from me and then , they didn't do cat metting and I was calling to them to pick my cat that time they even not answer my call and when I come to home and see my cat nose there was little wound i thought it's because of metting but now it's converted in fungus problem , and when I ask them for camera futage of metting they don't even reply me and start ignoring

I always buy cat food and shampoo ,toys from them..they have good brands of food available..like N&D, royal canin etc...discount even.

Good place to shop for all types of dogs, cats, birds & aquatic animals. Pet Food & accessories also available. Pricing of pets is on a higher side & very less discount given on the pet food.

Grooming service is very bad. They dont pay attention to our babies whom we love more than most of the humans. I left my baby there for grooming. The owner was gonna call once his grooming was done, which he didn't. Still i was there at the estimated time which he gave me earlier. I waited there for an hour. My cat wasn't even fully dry when i picked him up and his grooming was also not done properly. I totally regret my decision of leaving my baby in their hands that too for 4 long hours. The cats there are also kept at very unhygienic conditions. There were roaches everywhere in the cages. And they weren't even provided with drinking water. The whole time i was there i felt so sorry for those furbabies.

Amazing store ,great choices with pets and display . Very popular in the city ..and busy in evenings and supportive staff .. gives uh right advice and explain everything patiently .!

Horrible experience, the shop is good the staff as well but the owner is highly irresponsible person. Sells pet at a lower cost with no history and no documents. I'll try my best to boycott him and cancel his license as well... Pathetic... Big liar..

Love this place and staff.. They are friendly and discuss your needs and suggests better products. For my pet from now on this will be my go to place... They provide good grooming grooming sservice.. they use good quality products for the same.. Thank you for amazing products & services and delicious treats for our pet.

A GREAT & affordable place. the breed off dog i wanted to buy was not available anywhere in nasik.. n even if i preorder it .. the minimum time i was told, I ll get it was a week.. except for this store.. they managed it within 2 days with no extra charges. And the dog was same as they showed the picture of. A perfect place for pets.. uh ll definitely get whatever uh want at Saurav's. The staff is good amd cooperative as well.
