It's good shop which contains different types of fishes and other aquatic animals I like it very much it's good shop for those who have good habit to keep fishes all kinds of other things are also available like filters and heaters toys and pumps also food and medicines very good shop.I hope this shop will be big in future.
WORST ATTITUDE ... As a true animal Lover, stray dogs rescuer and feeder from Dehradun .. I Won't shop here again. Doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes and blames customers for their errors. I felt very sad for caged birds and little living beings . Pathetically they were caged from many years at the same place .

Very rude and unprofessional behaviour by this place...they made me wait till 10 pm in the night for a home delivery and then didn't even bother to come to my house to deliver asking me to walk almost 500 mts to get live fish and then walk back with them...if you are not competent enough to do Home deliveries or understaffed then you should just say so instead of making a fool of your customers... they made me wait for two hours from 8 pm (which was the initial promised delivery time) till 10 pm only to cancel the delivery. never buying from them again
The owner Saurabh is an extremely kind and helpful person. He guides best on pet products always. We have known him for almost 2 years now and our Lhasa Apso (Pixie) is our lifeline, was also arranged by Mr. Saurabh. Reasonable prices and fair products. Highly recommended by us for sure. Thanks!
