Saubhagya Inn International - Hotel in Pen, Ambeghar - Raigad, India

I had a very horrible stay and service experience with this hotel. Rooms were ill kept with absolutely no service. I was booked in there for 2 days stay and I checked out on day 1..

The food was very delicious... We are a total of 60 peoples and they are managed very well..

Beautiful Place around the hotel... hotel room are very nice & clean. Swimming pool is awesome... Very large size hotel in this area & everything is just perfect.

Cons: Hotel needs some serious maintenance. The walls were damaged with color chipping off due water seepage/leakage. We booked a suite, the second bathroom was useless as it didnt had a lock/latch. The room service is horrible. The kettles they bought with tea were broken. Cups were possibly just rinsed by dipping in water coz it had left over tea marks and we have to use glasses for tea. Very unhygienic. Order something and keep waiting or keep reminding them multiple times till you receive it. It can go on for 45mins to an hour. By the time you lose appetite or change your plan. Swimming pools are not functioning and under maintenance since a long time i assume. For extra beds they didn't provide blankets, just extra bedsheets were given. Pros: Its a peaceful place

We've a corporate tie up. So, the Hotel Rooms are Okay for the price we pay. But, YES - Certainly they don't come cheap for outsiders. Negatives - Food Quality has degraded. Staff is highly volatile with frequent new faces who know nothing about Hotelier buisness. Front Desk is Okay. Rooms need serious maintenance. The biggest issue is the quality of Service. It's pity to have such a big place with disastrous service except a couple of people who have somehow managed to close knit this business.

Food is very good , Spacious rooms, good housekeeping, very good staff. Overall Happy stay...

Good hotel for marriage function, Recently one friend got married in this hotel. Awesome space and good management. Its look beautiful on night time. Decoration was super. Only parking issues here. Need to park four wheeler outside of gate.

Nice place to stay ( they shorten out honeybees issue).
