The driver and other staff of the bus was unprofessional and rude behaviour towards senior citizens. Despite the senior lady Citizen requested for take small stop for washroom since she was not feeling comfortable and require to go for urinal the driver refused to stop the bus. After several requests from many other passangers also looking at condition he some how stopped the bus. Shockingly he started the bus leaving behind us, after calling driver many times he stopped bus after some distance. This was complete inhuman behaviour with the ladies who has a age of 65+ and over that he threatened us by saying now whatever happen he won't stop the bus before Mumbai. The entire journey my mother under tremendous mental pressure and can't sleep for a minute also. I am definitely going to escalate this issue with highest officials of regulatory since this problem is of many ladies passanger and there is no defined guidelines or rules for the same. I request management should take strict action against the driver and acknowledge the same to me to avoid any further escalations of the matters.
Punctual Timing,but costly compare to other travels
Worst travel agency. Very rude driver and attendant. Exhaust of AC is inside bang over your head on seat no. 13-14. Its not good health wise. When brought to notice they started yelling over us. Interested in taking money, hiking prices only. I won't recommend for anyone.
Horrific service ! I travel from Parbhani to Nagpur and back. And there was not one time when the bus reached the Parbhani station on time. The bus was at least 1 hour late. Even when the bus finally arrived, it was not clean at all and there was dust and worst of all hair on my seat, it was a sleeper bus. When I tried to clean it, it seemed to be permanent and would not come off. I reached Nagpur 2 hours late due to further delay at other stops. Also this NOT a one time experience, it has happened thrice already but I have to take it as the other buses are at 8 pm.
Office of the travel agency is uncomfortable as there is little space for sitting for customers
