A very bad experience for the first time in 25 years. We are very old customers of this shop but today had to experience a very bad treatment which is hard to digest. The owner Vivek Agarwal is very arrogant and ill mannered. He should learn how to talk and give respect to his customers. I decided not to visit this shop again and would recommend the same to my family, friends and others. A Customer is a customer whether he buys something for 100 or 100000, without customers no business is fruitful. This is not about agreeing to certain price. You can not ask the customer to get the SAME PRODUCT from others and sell it to you. As a customer we have every right to bargain. You should have just said yes or no. But what you did? Who started inappropriate talk? When you can talk inappropriately with a customer then customers can also talk to you in the same way. If customers give it back to you, you feel customers are not talking appropriately. There is a way to deliver your message through your tone. How was your tone? Despite of having GooglePay, you said you dont have it. When I said I dont have cash, you gave me Gpay number. Is this the way to treat the customers? You should carry the 90 years of legacy with you. You are not 90 I believe, so learn from them who planted the tree rather than counting the fruits. Last month when we bought the same thing, it was at a lesser price. Now you changed the price. I too agree the price varies based on market. In that case why dont you put a board indicating "No bargain", "Fixed rate". Why do you quote different price to different customers then? Why cant you fix price for everything? We too know how business runs.
