Their management system is not good. Help desk staffs are not well behaved. Though their vaccination process is very smooth. Clinic is neat and clean.
The receptionist name Monidipa & Chompa are very unprofessional. Don't know how to talk to people. If you have such receptionist this Apollo will never work.
I stay in om tower and my family has got a lot of tests done but now we'll completely stop and tell our flat mates too. Such unprofessionalism and talking rudely with patents, trying to coverup what the said earlier by completely denying it.

A bunch of scumbags running a clinic. They abruptly change the timings of the doctor (1 hour before appointment), and when the patient fails to co-operate, they abuse and harass the patient party in rude and vulgar language. The receptionists should first go to a school and learn basic manners. Not recommended at all. Not going to this stupid place again.
Good experience with apolo clinic sinthi more! Opposite to Rabindra Bharati university gate.The employees are so professional and friendly too. The accommodation is also good. If the doctors are available for all the time, it will be more helpfull. All types of pathological tests are also done here.
I have requested to resend my reports that I did some month back since I lost the documents from my whatsaap.They just denied me. I was requesting them to check with my registered mobile number but she just cut the call.
As a brand name no doubt good clinic well maintained but I hope less number of patients visit because I had visited for my corporate pre medical checkup

Worst management. Shows open on Google but opens after 8:25 am. Had to request them to open the clinic. Manager called up staffs and tried to convince customers not to provide any feedback in public.
However staffs are really helpful. Managed everything end to end.

Dont even try to go for package health check up, the reports are mostly in appropriate,
While USG was being done, the technician told, no need to be empty stomach or have bladder full of liquid, he will write report, he will manage it
The receptionists wont even provide all the relevant details of package health check up, if you ask them later, they will argue.
Regarding doctor consultation, they will change the timing and inform at last moment i.e. one hour before the appointment time.
Avoid this apollo intill and unless its emergency
