I can say this with guarantee. Best hotel in Paschim Vihar. If you are looking for amazing budget rates then book this hotel for marriage, birthday and reception parties. I had also organized a party and keep booking the room as well. Best of all, they take great care of the cleanliness here and the customer service is also very good.

Went to a birthday party, snacks were average.
Food was below average, seemed stale.
Desserts were average.
Washroom was stinking
Servers were least bothered and busy chatting among themselves in corner.
There seemed to be no manager/supervisor.

There is very good cleanliness everywhere and the rooms etc and the staff is also good.

I went to a wedding at Satyam when I was 6 years old... And as soon as my marriage got fixed, I came to Satyam to book my venue for Dec'22 wedding. That time (in July) renovation was going on, and without thinking twice I book it and trust me I m super happy about my decision to the extend that we had another wedding in Nov'22 which we booked here on just basis of trust. Best hospitality and cleanliness...food is also very good and affordable
I attend one function of my cousin's daughter. Lack of service due to which I had cancelled my booking for Dec 2022 for which I had paid advance of Rs 20000. Though the three months are there to function but they are not refunding any amount of advance.
We had hosted our sister ring ceremony here on 7 Nov 2021. The staff was very polite and cooperative, food was also good & tasty. We had no problem in spacing of 40 members. My overall experience was good.

We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights for the wedding. Their hospitality was very good and the food quality and taste was amazing. All the staff and managers are really helpful and their nature was really good.
A perfect place to host a party, it has all the facilities and provides for good food menu including variety of starters, main course, deserts, chaats, mughali, Chinese, soups importantly everything is perfectly cooked with delicious tastes.
