Went for health checkup package recently. The hospital service was good and staff was very friendly. Did all the tests in the morning and got the reports by afternoon and had doctor consultation in the evening. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Since people in Sarjapur don't have many options, they go to Spandana as "beggars can't be choosers" My mother, who is 77 years old, had a fracture in both her hands and every time we went to meet # Dr. Shivraj Nadagouda, he will either come late or will not come. No prior intimation from the hospital. When i asked for an email id to put my complaint, one of the representatives came and said "you can go somewhere else or come tomorrow" If possible, avoid going to this hospital. My experience was horrible.

Just head to St. Johns hospital. Even for emergency! I avoided a major surgery fix for the elbow for my nine yr old! The casting, put by the 'so-called' ortho, was also ridiculous! They convinced me that this kind of casting was the new tech for bandage instead of plaster of paris! Fortunately, since I had heard of patients and their horrific incidents, i decided to consult again.

Very bad experience with hospital.please don't visit this hospital they do not have bassic machine to treat skin tag which is the basic need for dermatologist and they have taken consultation charges without giving the treatment...and simple they took money from me ...and later on I have to pay to other hospital and take the same service and pay again the same amount.

I called hospital and took appointment for my husband who was having stomach pain. We took appointment at 11:00 and we reached hospital at the same time. When we reached there we 2 patients before us and the nurse communicated the same to us later we waited till 12:30 and doctor checked 3 patients where it was only 2 files before us and when we asked nurse she told there is one more patient before us. The nurses are not capable of handling the things properly. There is no proper discipline which needs to be taken care by management. If they cannot take care of the patients on time then there should not be any thing as APPOINTMENT. don't have any issue with doctor as doctors are good. Have main concern with hospital management staff.

Worst experience with this hospital. If patient has some serious issue and need emergency treatment, please do not opt to bring here. Nurses, doctors, reception person everyone sleeps at night at emergency. You literary wake all up. Nurses are so unexperinced to make channel for IV or give injections. Their hands shake while preparing injections and took 3 hours to find veins. Unfortunately there is no other hospital near sompura gate hence people who need immediate treatment end up to this worst hospital.

Worst hospital if you go to any normal physician they will convert ur fever into dangerous disease n will ask you yo go to emergency ward then they will admit you n will make long bill dr Swapna looted us a lot

Good staff and doctors. They all are polite and understand the patient converen very well. But there is no much experienced and having degree from reputed Institute in the field of gynecologist department.
