WORST HOSPITAL
1. About doctor - I am not sure about the doctor's (B. Radhakrishna) credibility but he doesn't spend much time with patients or the patient's family members to explain the patient's status during the daily visits.
2. Responsibility - IRRESPONSIBLE, they didn't inform to us after the surgery, they directly took the patient to ICU. It's basic responsibility of Hospital to inform status of the patient after surgery.
3.STAFF - The WORST, their behaviour is RUDE, service is PATHETIC.
They don't give respect to patient's visitors. One of the STAFF members, her name is Swetha, who operates the lift called me NUVVU when I asked her to give respect then she replied to me that she only respect patients but not visitors. They lie through their teeth; worst thing is doctor believes them. He said sorry and also threatened us that they will stop treatment in middle. It's better if you don't go to this hospital if you care about your loved ones and in case you think about self-respect.
4. Accessibility to lift - About lift usage, only patients and hospital staff has access to lift. You need to take steps even if you are 70 years old. I was told that I have to write a letter to Doctor in order get access to the lift. Also, you must leave your chappals' outside of hospital, yes, you read correct, they don't allow people with chappal.
Worst Hospital on the earth... Government PHC centres are far better than this money looting hospital. Dr. Radha Krishna doesn't fit for this noble profession. He is not giving atleast 1min time for the patients. Just he is a ordinary orthopedic doctor but he behaves like he is the only orthopedic on the earth. How silly perception he has...1 star also too much for him. My rating for him and his hospital is -5(minus 5).
Don't waste your valuable and earned money here.
We r lucky to have a great ortho doctor at service.....many got cured with their health issues..my personal experience...great treatment on great hands...
