Satya Comforts - Hotel in Hassan - Hassan, India

I stayed at Sathya Comfort Lodge in the heart of Hassan city, conveniently located near the main road. The room quality was satisfactory, though the pricing seemed a bit steep. Surprisingly, they charged for drinking water and didn't provide complimentary essentials like towels and soap. Be cautious when settling bills, as the staff may not return excess amounts promptly; I lost 100 Rs this way. Despite these issues, the environment is calm.

It looks nothing like you see it on the internet. There's no proper ventilation inside the room and the washroom. Intercom isn't working. You're supposed to dial the helpline from your mobile. Tv is not working. This hotel is located in one of the worst possible places. No parking facilities. Over hyped and over priced

Location is good. Rooms are decent but service needs huge improvement. front Desk is always empty and have to call multiple times to provide basic necessities

Could be litte more cleaner, but it is decent and secure. We paid around 1.2k (Peak season - Hasanamba temple opening time)

Very poor experience. Worst hotel in the city. No proper service & maintenance. Stay at your own risk only. They will not attend. No water , No lights in the toilet, no space , messy bed, soiled linens etc. Terrible experience.

Room service menu not available. Waiters are charging more than double amount as per their wish. Room TV not working. Ambience good

Rooms are very small to the extent that the space between end of the bed and opposite wall with TV is not enough for a person to walk through comfortably. Ceiling was low and the fan was quite loud. Entire room and bathroom had a dingy feel to it. Curtains were dirty and the mattress was not comfortable. Hot water was available 24x7 which maybe the only good thing. There is no intercom in the room but a mobile number is provided for room service and they respond promptly. But overall this room was not worth the money.
