Mr Guru has been very helpful. Boojed a flat after a thorough search for a year. Checked Brigade, Godrej, Century, Purva, Birla. But the ample size and pricing is the best that I found
Not sure if they are selling this property.... I have been searching for suitable properties in north Bengaluru and always an ad for this property pops up. Finally decided to enquire about it, and has been raising enquiries in their website since yesterday. Surprisingly even after 48 hours, I have not received a single phone call from their marketing team. at the same time for properties developed by brands like Brigade,Godrej etc and I got immediate call backs as soon as the enquiry was posted on their website. I felt very weird seeing this lack of response from a brand like Sattva.
Very nice team of managers. Specially Mr.Guruman is having lot of patience and deals with customers in a nice way. Property also worth buying as compared to Brigade and Godrej near by.

Very nice apartments. Good Architecture. Wide range of amenities. Bought two units of 1bhk here after visiting dozens of other properties in bengaluru. Rooms have access to sunlight and air. Once the area gets more developed , will be highly demanding. It wud be wise decision for investment. Mr Guru who is skilful in his work was extremely supportive and of great help who explained the project very well and made entire process smooth from selecting and booking flats to keys handover. He even showed good number of flats of upper floors of other blocks just to satisfy my queries and help me choose flats of my choice. He was always available on calls with friendly and welcoming attitude.
