While selling units Marketing team said possession will start from Aug 2023 . When agreement was made possession date was mentioned Nov end 2023. Till now they haven't applied for OC and absolutely no clarity on when buyers will get possession. Since April 2023 or may be much before that , the project is in 90% complete and in same state. No proper response from CRM team. Everyone lies and tells different story Regardless of big name and high price one cannot be sure of getting good service , honesty, punctuality.....
Excellent Location and Construction Quality. On track to deliver within the timeline. Bought 3 BHK during Covid. Sales team and CRM always available for any queries. Those who complain about Hollow Blocks have no idea about construction technology ! Please do research on wiener berger hollow blocks and how they come with great strength and keep temperature warm / cold inside the building !! Fantastic location with Metro coming nearby and many schools in the vicinity.
Cons Just saw some one in support of 'hallow block' , can you please confirm if its better than 'Mivan' . All Premium builder are going for Mivan except Sattva. Further As some one pointed in comments like Most other builders , their Marketing Team on site is fraud always lying and confusing people with false availability and non availability. Company needs to have people who can build faith. Pros Project is at good loaction, but again price are too high for location and their old construction methods

Sales teams cheats.. it hurts the most ... Cons - light wells in corridor dont provide any light.. 3bhks have their main door sticking to each other. I dont like .. never never having main doors so close.. What can improve- the windows in corridor should have mosquito mesh instead of glass. Main door should have simple locks.. not the ones that automatically locks us out of our house.. punishment locks.. Compound and main gate allows dogs to jump. Pros - location, no confusing layout to enter and exit, the tower numbering is in order and names are so easy to understand, 2bhks have good main door privacy, silent area, 3 lifts per tower, towers are far apart, 350 houses only, so not lost in crowd
Very nicely planned. Ample space between all towers so that even lower floors get a good amount of sunlight and ventilation.
Few of the findings during visit 1) Location - convenient to travel towards airport , close to Hebbal. Shopping, entertainment and rest all nearby.. 2) Spacious houses . Huge space between towers . 3) All houses designed by planning vastu. 4) Amazing finish . 5) Super wide drive way . Project doesn't seem so big at entrance.. experience starts right from entrance as project starts with a luxury clubhouse
