Rooms were dilapidated and washrooms toilets were not so good. Only plus point is the location.

Very poor maintenance of the resort. The bathrooms doors doesn't lock, leakage and seepage issues every where. No cleanliness in the rooms. Not justified at the prize at which they are offering. Food is average. Only good point is location is center and near to the garden.
Food was good, service excellent, bonfire, dinner table before the room, parking just infront of room..... everything was just awesome only rooms cleanliness must be maintained.
Worst resort. Not clean, not maintained. bedsheets, blankets, toilets, floor not clean at all. Even if we consider the weather condition, hygiene is not maintained. Food quality is so so, not good.
The hotel is average,the service is very prompt with courteous approach,quality of food has been good. The hotel lacks in proper maintenance of civil as well as electrical items. door inside locking device has given its way due to loose fasteners,one bulb was also fused which I had to request for replacement.The T.V. was not working,on enquiring it was told that there is problem in receiving signal in all the rooms,where as I could see the cable TV was working in the office of reception. one can get morning tea only after 7.00AM. Since the hotel has no bar ,so if someone needs alcohol,he has to be ready to get though hotel staff by paying approx double of the price.
Its good place to stay with family in Chikhaldara. The cottage is clean, spacious and quite. The privacy is respected and maintained. Its amazing experience to have a dinner or breakfast at Tree House (of course it cost a little bit more), but worthy experience if you have kids with you.
Not a friendly place for outsiders. They didn't serve us dinner as a larger group dropped by. This all despite we reserved with them in person. Manager was shamelessly telling us that they have to focus on people who are in large group. Totally avoidable.

The Prospect point is one of the many sights from Chikaldara. A must visit place which situated near Amravati with a total travel time of 2 hours from Amravati. You should really visit this place in monsoon or in late winter to enjoy the weather.
