Hello Satkar Hotel Residency your hotel is very nice. The entire staff at your hotel treats you like home. We really enjoyed staying at your hotel. The entire staff helps you a lot.
I was worst experience staying here worst service ever the AC is not working and the staff was abusive. They ruined my trip. The staff is so bad (Arun&mayak) they took money for 3 days for AC rooms but the the AC is not working and they said it will remain like this only
The rooms was ok but their is no sanitation. It's so dirty and over all very bad experience
Satkar residence is very good service and food quality is percent when I visit in this hotel in midnight and when I was in rajkot there hotel service are as compare the Satkar is very good and in this management and service is very linient and good I never forgot the taste of Sankar special chicken in this I will not suffer any problem and manager are very linient and waiter service are very good all waiter come in one phone call in this I Remember the taste of Kadai panner and chicken Pakara chilli chicken fish Tikka and all these food quality good
the room we got was hilarious n was in a bad condition n the toilets goodness n their were insects
Unfortunately I had a chance to stay in this hotel & this staying arrangements were done by Oberoi Sukh Villas Pallanpur. I must say that this is HELL hotel & not recommend any one to stay in this hotel as staff Rude Unprofessional & have attitude I had not my Dinner & Breakfast in this hotel but had my Breakfast some other hotel Room had a Lizard wc not working I am wonder that oberoi hotel choose this wonderful hotel for his clients . I give ZERO marks out of One Hundred. Never stay hotel like this in future. Totally Disappointed. Deepak Sharma
