Satkar Family Restaurant - Family restaurant in Benaulim - South Goa, India

Last year it was good so went again this year as soon as we reached Benaulim. But it was a total disaster this time. Pathetic vada pao, onion bhajiya was horrible, and tea was totally unpalatable. Onion bhajiye was served cold and was bitter and when we complained the server said it must have gone cold on the table. No hari mirch was given with vadapao. The bonda of the vada was so bad. What was most horrible was the green chutney served along the bhajiya. We left everything we ordered.

One of the places near by Benaulim beach where we can get South Indian food. The place is located in a 4 road junction and is easily noticeable. It looks like a small cafe with an average ambience just to have a quick meal and go out. The glasses and the floor did not seem clean enough. The breakfast items are good and almost all South Indian breakfast items are available but the lunch menu was average. The prices were also reasonable compared to the food prices that we generally see in Goa.

They have limited items in menu in breakfast. The Medu Vada served was cold, also the waiter & owner were stating it to be fresh. Medu vada served was also not good enough. No car parking place

Breakfast is good (Banana bun with chai is osm) other vadapav cofee, bhaji pav, idli dosa are also good but dont know in South goa people are not serving green and red chutney for vadapav. Either they are serving sambhar, cocunt chutney I'm now fan of banana bun cz of this hotel

You are not competence even for single star rating. Don't visit here for lunch, dinner and breakfast. I was very hungry so visited here for dinner. I ordered dal fry and 2 roti (chapati ). Both are very unhygienic. I just take one bite hardly and get up. Because roti is very hard to bite and dal fry didn't had any taste like meal. I says child baby will be prepare best meal than you and your cook. Some people say pocket friendly but not to worthy for what we paid.

Service was quick. Tried the Ross Omelette for the first time here, and it was brilliant. The Solkadi was decent too! Just that it was too hot! The coffee and tea were just average.

Today i take medu Vada from there but no taste .

One Of The Best hotel for breakfast in South Goa must visit . Owner is really good and you will find good Puri Bhaji here for Breakfast ...I can bet that once you eat puri Bhaji for breakfast you won't eat any thing in Lunch ...the quantity is mind blowing
