Great location & beautiful view of the beach. Towels were consistently stocked and room kept clean. Wonderful Hut food at the Breezes & grill. No complaints at all, We stayed here for two nights in mid-April and had a very good experience. The resort is centrally located and is close to some of the major attractions - Good location - private, secluded beach - Awesome open space, lots of greens, Beach nearby - Rooms are reasonably comfortable and you get a pleasant view of the lawn from almost every room. - good free breakfast buffet
Ideal for a weekend getaway. Mustafa is extremely cordial and makes you feel at home. Quiet resort by the beach for a good family time. Ideal for bachelors and small families looking for peaceful and homely stay away from home. The night eerie with good amount of privacy from other resorts and families.
Good points: #Owner was friendly and helpful. #Food was also tasty. #Parking place is big. #Shower is present outside the room that can be used when we come from beach. Points to improve: #Rooms are not maintained well. #A/C not working in some rooms. #We asked for an extra bedding and the bed given was really bad and it was completely worn out.
The location is beautiful, but the property is in dire need of a change in management! The cottages are poorly maintained, AC doesn't work, there were power-cuts in the middle of the night and there was no water for a long time! Definitely wouldn't recommend!!
Pathetically maintained. All rooms have either broken doors or windows. Lizards spotted inside rooms.

This will be a nice resort in kannur . Resort is faced in payyambalam beach. Sea view of this resort is feeling increasing the happiness of eyes. But air conditioning of the room is not amazing . But not bad to. I rated its good
