I have been here twice.The first time I bought a necklace worth 3 lakh during which they treated us so well.The second time we bought a pair of earrings.Since my mom didn't like it ,we went to exchange.This time the owner's wife denied to show the collection and also stopped a staff who was trying to show us the collection.. She's such an egoistic person who should prolly take classes on how to build a good relationship with customers.She treats well only those who purchase in lakhs and not thousands....All the staff members are so unprofessional.Such unpleasant experience...

You cannot negotiate on making and Wastage, they should have genuine making, wastage charges

These people have worst attitude in the world, very egoistic, they don't care customers , customers have least value in this shop. But people go here because of the designs they have.
