Memorial of the one and only Shri Sathyan, the born actor of Malayalam cinema located adjacent to museum and corporation office is now available for conducting various functions, with parking facility as well. Paintings of some immortal charactors of the great actor is also drawn inside the auditorium

In the heart of the city a hall and a small art gallery, replete with paintings and photos of the versatile actor of Malayalam cinema - Sathyan. It also houses two small halls which can be rented out, the rent for half day of the bigger hall was Rs. 5000/- . As much as 15 cars can be parked comfortably if planned well. The smaller hall on the first floor also is the art gallery of sorts, that was Rs.2500 for half a day ! Quite easily accessible & maintained decently for a government aided institution. The Kerala Cultural forum also operates from the same location. They conduct vacation classes during summer !

Good for a small sized crowd A bigger Notice board is required to find the place. I had to ask arround to this place!

The place is only accessible on the way from vellayambalam to Trivandrum corporation. Parking is available for 20 cars if parked properly. Good for a meeting of 150 people.
