We four joined together without much expectations. But a month after each one of us long term issues started to reduce unknowingly. Now after 4 months what we gained is 1.Flexibility 2.Regular periods cycle 3.weight loss 4.Body sculpturing 5.Increased blood flow to all parts of the body. I must say that Anitha mam is best in teaching yoga patiently and giving special attention.That too taking online class for young kids is not easy as they get distracted. I'm happy with the sessions and recommend to others. Thankyou mam.
One of the good decisions I have taken is to join the Sathyam yoga class. When I do asanas with all the fellow members, it creates positive vibes around and I feel more energetic to start my day. I am able to see a difference in my body flexibility and slowly getting recovered from my minor aliments. One of the best yoga guru is Mrs.Anitha who spreads full of positivity around her. Recently I have joined her class and I'm very much impressed with her way of teaching and giving explanations to it. Also she gives her special attention to each and everyone along with her additional values.
All sessions are fantastic. Every week variation in kriya and Asanas gives us motivation to learn more. All core kriyas and asanas targets a particular part of the body each week, thereby giving us flexibility and toned body. Thank you ji for your motivation and support. Namaste

Sathyam Yoga is a factory of Yoga, kriyas, Meditation, Pranayama, Surya Namaskar & Bandhas... with well experienced and kind trainer ( Ms Anitha Madam) who is doing social service to human and our society through Yoga and Nature care (Siragugal Parakkattum-You tube) and guiding us in proper way according to current social & natural situation and individual health condition... Basically I am a dust allergist who is suffered from long back, now I have cleaned my internal organs through yoga and kriyas with guidelines Madam Ms Anitha.
