Hotel room is good and room service is also good. The manager and all the management are well behaved. The moment you leave the hotel, you just feel like a family. The behavior of the restaurant manager and all the management people is also good. And the restaurant service is great. When you eat anything here, the quality and taste of food here is very good like family food. So that's why I give 5 star
Booked the resort for 2 days with family 2 adult 1 children & 1 kid for two days our booking is including breakfast confirmed from front office staff.At the time of checked we had our breakfast,but next morning when we went for taking breakfast restaurant manager (while taking his breakfast in the same hall ) told to his staff to inform us that we have to pay for one person for breakfast at the time of taking the food we don't understand what kind of behaviour is this first day they allowed next day we need to pay.when I asked this to front office staff told that our booking including breakfast for 3 persons,no proper coordination in the administration system.due to this we decided to so checked out same day itself but paid fully. In general our experience was pathetic & worst attitude showed by the restaurant staff's.
Very nice hotel....I am stying for one month very smooth and nice going...very good food by babu chef...regular babu chef given some time of north indian dishes ...I am so very enjoy....Break fast also very nice....Over all good service...Thank you for sathyam staff...
Rooms are not so good. Beds not well. Feeling old types. Some broken gates of the desk. The washrooms are not so much cleaned. And not good smell. Over all you can visit but don't think too much standard.
Not worth at all, it's a very old resort and under maintained, They removed buffet without intimation and asked to order from menu within Rs500, Breakfast buffet is another night mare.. have to wait 15 mins for a toast, instead of butter they mixed some oil. Wifi didn't work for entire day. Beds were of decade old(Not soft at all and in the centre it went inside). Leakage in the bathroom etc
Rooms washroom not clean properly, shower not working.. Room service is good and fast.. Food is costly for travelling from north.. Tawa roti one pcs cost 80 Rs. Resturent staff very good and caring.. Overall Average experience
(0 *)Not good as expected or seen in google, network issues, resorts wifi is not working, TV didn't work properly, FOOD is too worst, if we order food we have to go for a KM to buy coz delivery person is not allowed inside. My suggestions for this resort is not recommend - HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE ( 0 STAR RATING FOR THIS RESORT)
Today we have celebrated the Birthday function in this Resort, five ladies including elderly mother, wife, sisters were fell down and got injured due to broken chairs, which was decorated. My wife got crack in the left hand. Please don't ever book this Resort for any functions. If you book please book an Ambulance for the injured. Worst worst and very worst Resort I have never seen in my experience. I can't even give one star for any.
