Sathya Inn - Lodge in Thrissur, Guruvayur - Thrissur, India

Had a visit on 12.11.2023 seeking for a 3-bed 1room for 2 nights.Even though the price given 1800/day was not so good in accordance with the amenities seen, we have agreed to stay for a couple of days.The only thing we have asked the person (seems manager with clean shave) to change the bedsheets which looks dirty. This person attitude was ridiculous (understand from the person who shows us the room that bedsheets were available to change but that manager said us very clearly that it cannot be changed)!. I am a frequent traveller around India and abroad countries and this is the first bad experience from our own God's own country!

I had a wonderful stay at Sathya Inn early in November, 2023. Room was neat and clean and perfect for my needs. The staff were wonderfully welcoming. Thank you, Rajila, Saraswathy and Subrahmanian.

Only walkable distance to Guruvayoor Temple. Rooms have adequate space, they kept neet. Except the bathroom, it was untidy with a foul smell and All amenities like TV, A/C etc were good.

Near to temple, hot water and lift available.. Other than that nothing good.. Unclean bedsheet, rooms smelling of moisture, mosquitoes, would never come back

Maintainances not satisfied.. Fan not cleaned Pipes water leakages. Room cleaness not good..

Stairs in entrance are accident possibly... My Party who attended marriage yesterday 20th had fall on .... accident in

The only good thing about the room is cleanliness. Apart from that everything is completely dissatisfactory. They changed Rs. 2000/- which is too exorbitant for the facilities and the service of the room. It's only worth Rs. 1200/- to 1250/- inclusive of taxes. The following are the necessary changes the management has to look into to provide better service. 1) The room was too small for this amount. The size is worth only Rs. 1200/-. 2) The bed and pillow was hard which gave me a severe back pain that handicapped me with regular activities. 3) There were lots of mosquitoes and required an All out to be used in an AC room. 4) AC wasn't functioning properly. Even a temperature setting of 16 felt like 27 and which made me not to use blanket. Without blanket mosquitoes were a problem. And if All out had to be used I couldn't charge my phone as only one plug point was available. 5) Mineral water bottle was not provided for the amount charged by the hotel which are provided in other hotels with same charges. 6) The next big problem was hot water was available to take bath only by bucket. Shower was there. But it was not equipped with hot water. One has decide whether hit water is their priority or shower. Either of the one only will be available. 7) Now highlight all of the above, neither WI-FI nor regular signal for Airtel was available. I couldn't use either Wi-Fi or mobile data as neither was possible. So finally to summarise a very bad and disappointing experience. One star was given only for the cleanliness. Either improve all the above mentioned grievances or reduce the fare.

A pleasant stay! Good hotel with good ambition. Good place to stay with family. It's just opposite to KSRTC bus station And very near to temple. The crew members are very friendly and helpful.
