Sathya Guest House (Arunachalam Nivas) - Guest house in Tiruvannamalai, Samudram - Tiruvannamalai, India

Good for low budget people, they have their own kind of cafe food also available. No AC in my room but we have ventilation if you open window. They charged 1200 for two, we are couples. We came on full moon day so prices are high.We face some issue with water when we opened tap lot of filthy water don't know why. Need to change mug also not looking good to me. Flush also not working properly water flowing for longer time. You can see Arunachala mountain if you came outside. You can see many foreigners in cafe and surroundings. Divinity on top of everything. Overall good experience.

Worst place we've stayed at so far as far as cleanliness and price quality ratio are concerned and we were on a 3000km road trip . We were too tired to pack up all our things and leave so if I can help anyone not and end up in this dump. The pictures I uploaded show you a "family room"... Booking said this property was rated 8.9 and that we would have 3 double beds. It didn't even have bed covers or blanket and one towel for 5 people. Our friends stayed at an amazing resort and paid the same price as us, so it's a rip off too. In a nutshell, I wouldn't advise this place at all and would conclude that it was quite family unfriendly.

My stay here was so peaceful. Away from all the noise the place is great for solo travelers and families. Clean room and toilet. With minimum facilities this place just feels like home. Sathya Cafe is just next door with breakfast, lunch and dinner (only pizza for dinner I guess). People are so kind and down to earth. Enjoyed and I highly recommend this place.

I stayed in their guest house which is decent, however the location is little far from city, outskirts actually. 500 meters away from giri valayam road. So, you have to walk 1 km extra if you are planning pradakshina.

If you travel solo it is a good place to stay and Homemade food is really good. Overall best place to stay

The guest room is very neat and the owner is reasonable and righteous. Good stay for solos or even two.

I am coming here from many many months. Initially they were charging 300 which was very reasonable Namdev increased to 600 per head the rooms of the small and water has a weird smell. Plus there is no room service and at summer times you can't Stay it's very hot plus no air condition and constant power cuts Plus lot of red ants if you want to get bit, you can experience that as well. All types of insects And ONWER preference to give the rooms to foreigners even to the Rooms empty he will say it's full It's better to stay elsewhere

It is a perfect guest house for me in a perfect location, the owners are very friendly, the room was very nice, I recommend this place
