2 years back bought Samsung AC and their customer service is good. You can even go for varieties of furnitures. Price is little higher. But for mobile they don't give any support for customer services. They just sell that's it.

If you want to buy fridge or washing machine then you can visit this branch, other than that very limited products. I went to buy microwave oven but only 2 products are available. You can't choose the products.

Went to purchase an table top grinder.. sales executive divya attended me and gave me details of all models.. price of the products are little much expensive when compared to other shops, managers behaviour was not to fair.. when am asking about price high , he is saying some blaw blaw(gst etc) .. only purchased grinder because of the sales executive divya who gave me all details,, good customer handling from sales executive.
