Went to multiple shops to buy TV and Speaker in Pattukkottai, these guys were good in explaining the pros and cons of each TV which is what I liked this store. While buying speaker I was not ready to test the speaker but they have specifically asked to test and verified its working fine. Good customer service in the town.

Last week i buy it wasting machine and Whirlpool bridge after the sales again I like to buy it for AC 110 Samsung but the sales person is not like to sell the next product customer follows in important for the seeds really I am unsatisfied in Satya showroom pattukottai after the day call back to customer care department Thanjavur branch one lady speak my call responsible and give the full details about that AC price and specification that kind of sales person is available in come with the good review from alone branch also.. more time I called to the sales person I call you back I call you back he told me like this.. I like to share my experience to all thank you..

I ordered Aircondition in Satya SInganallur Branch. When ordering time they told particular of Aircondition model is available in Sales branch, they will deliver in 2 days. So I process the full money, but now they are telling this model is not available next model is only available and I need to pay another Rs. 2100. But last time the branch manager is informing me this model is not available. It is very upset and depressing me.

In ur showroom staffs are explaining good way to understand the features of product .i buy 43 inch sony tv .it's quality is very good and HDB financial support is very well .i hope this is a best place for buying a home appliances .

We have bought a washing machine there on 24.08.2020. But till today i.e. on 13.09.2020 no one has come to install it even after several phone calls. No one is paying heed to our requests..
