Very very very very worst customer service we bought the fridge in sathya agencies mayiladuthurai but delivery delayed for 3days we contineusly call the showroom but can't responce properly... So friends don't buy any products in this showroom totaly fraud and all the employees are rowdys

I thought of buying AC so i called myladuthurai showroom to get some details. I couldn't visit showroom due to personal reasons. But the recipient response shocked me. They didnt even answer phone call properly. Apart from "yes" they did not even explain or answered anything. I felt like answering yes or no question. Worst customer service.

Regarding service i never faced this much problems. My samsung fridge is repaired we have bought it 6 month befor... 1. Its been more than 2 weeks still issue resolved. 2. Who ever attended call from sathuya you guys must teach some behaviour session.. Such a irritate behaviour... When the day I bought product those people are behaved like one of the good people in the world ... Now it's totally different .. 3. Service person daily speaking only lies.. one day he says spare parts arived today ... Next day he is saying it's not arrived ... Some days he is not picking up calls... 4. I tried to follow up you guys ..m email mobile , Samsung customer care ... 5. If the service bad then why are guys suggesting the product ... Frustrated a lot.. Enjoy with my money .... Have a great future guys.... Thanks a lot for your service and very kind behaviour....

They are only interested on sales not for support and service than sales. Better to buy somewhere.

Me n sister went last week to enquire about TV....one sales person came I forgot to ask his name if I know means I ll put his name also..but he short n black..he s not responding properly and if I asked any doubts like when this offer ll get over and all he is simply reacting like if u have cash now u can buy r else leave like that....everyone having money then only they ll come for buying but before buying they ll discuss about pricing and offer..but this kind of staff behaviour ll not help u ppl to survive in market... My opinion always no to Sathya
