NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SATHYA .... Very Very Worst. (Saying it in my Experience). Recently Bought Orient Air Cooler and within 10 days of working it got repaired at 2 am, while I was sleeping. I raised service request to orient, a sales person saw the issue next day and said motor got repaired and he will replace it within a week, as i had warranty. But its been 2 months and he didn't came, so I called him again to ask about this issue but he spoke harshly. So i went directly to sathya and said about this incident they asked about this problem with orient and said they will repair it within 2 days or they will replace a new one. It's been 2 days and when we ask, they are not doing it as they said it. Still making us wait.

We bought some home appliances worth around 50 k in this store. While visiting first time Mrs.Radha spoke very kind and explained, advised us in all products and we purchased she came till the entrance and gave us a sweet send off, we received those, in one particular product the container lid we couldn't able to open so we contacted the store and we went on the next day for replacement , during that time Mrs. Radha didn't even receive properly as she gave on the previous day, other person from the store attended us. From this it's understood that if we ask for any replacement or issue you will be treated in this way. So please kindly think twice before you purchase from this store. TREAT THE CUSTOMER AS IF YOU'RE THE CUSTOMER
