I have purchased many electronic item from sathya in past. Recently visited Guduvanchery branch and purchased Daikin AC. I get followed many times right from enquiry to till purchase the AC. After purchase they not delivered gift as committed and has several follow-up.but they did not respond. Even raised compliant in customer care.but very poor co ordination. Please choose online rather than purchasing from sathya.

Today I went to this showroom to purchase the mobile and bought it too vivo v27 the main issue is they are not providing the carry bag aswell as they just trying too sell the goods too finish the monthly target not only that those workers are not worrying about customers satisfaction &comfortableness although little bit dissatisfied with them and I suggesting them to restock the purchasing bags for customers and it will be convenient for them

They are distributing each and every day via mobile for buy the new products.They are not accepting and customer response. Keep disturbing each and every day different number.This is not good customer behaviour. My personal rating very very low.

Worst customer service ive never been experienced... Thought to buy led 32" inch tv... But the store manager and staff are very irritating fellows on their service.. and i bought 32" from Vasanth and co.. They are not well trained fellows... I never ever prefer my friends and others to go Sathya (Guduvancheri branch) Very very bad

Worst........ customer service i never ever seen last week i went sathya shop to buy Refrigerator i have full cash to buy.one of sales man he is fat guy and he is on reception worst guy i ever seen i ask for about offer because of i have full cash to buy he told me with rugged face we dont have offer for full cash customer he thought like he is owner of shop. He dont know how to treat the customer he thought me like we are coming to buy for free, much disappointed very worst customer service dont go to buy any things . If you go and buy with full cash they treat you like down level. Sathya shop if you assigned these type of worker definitely your shop gone loss

We purchased AC here. Radha mam from sales team supported us well and she clarified our doubts and helped us to choose better brand. After sales also she helped in delivery and installation . Great job mam!

Customer service is good Ajith bro welcome us warm and kind . he give a good gesture about the products details And we purchase a zebronics sound bar by his guidance it's work good Thanks good keep going
