Customer service was very worst buy an AC next day complaint ask they till didn't solve 90 days gone and another one grinder with in the week totally stop but till now that answer technical person will solve soon

Worst shop, almost 72 hrs take delivery,l. Sales executive telling lot of lies. This is my first experience in Sathya. It's very horrible.

I ordered carrier 1.5 ton AC on 26th March 2022 in this attur sathya & paid ready cash 40050 rs with stabilizer. They delivered us a old used piece that fully damaged.. I was shocked how possible to deliver old one as well cheat the customer. Not only this AC, I was purchased whirlpool fridge just this year Feb 2022, now I afraid of that quality and model as well.. please dont trust and double check before you go sathya!

Please don't buy with them, they are giving open seal tv and cheating the customer, sathya customer care very worst, i want the replacement for my tv, worst shop sathya
