Here I share my travel experience booked by Satguru Ajmer. I travelled with my family (5 pax, 4 Sr. Citizens) from 3 july till 9 july'23 to Kashmir. My booking was initially handled by Ms Harshita Kulshrestha. Later, Ms. Rukhsana Khan started sending my Kashmir package itinerary. Ms. Khan's understanding of itinerary is average. After many requests, clarification were done. Her assumptions & tendency to forget and bypass the core requirement of the client is noticeable. Hotels (Hotel Milan & Hotel Mama Palace) booked by her in Srinagar, Gulmarg was average though she charged for 4 star hotels. Breakfast average in Hotel Milan. In Mama Palace we get average menu with poha and milk as sweet dish. Did you ever had poha &milk as sweet dish in a 4 star hotel. I don't know. Houseboat (Kotroo Palace) was like a old boat . Bed sheets were hardly changed after use. Breakfast average, Dinner was below average. You don't have any choice as you are in a houseboat. In nutshell, we paid high price for an average tour trip facility in Kashmir. Recommendation NO-NO
Worst agency to travel with, I booked package with them, paid full in advance, last minute due to bad health condition requested to postpone the booking, it was 10 days advance notice I requested it, although the tourist resort had mentioned cancellation policy, but this agency denied for postpone and did not accept to post pone, and had to incur loss poor and worst service, #boycott @satgurutravels
Before booking the hotels & rent in vehicles that they give good service or not. Hotel management gives all services in well in good or not. Hotels situated in good place & good approach. Your agency is not working in above views in our experience. Very bad experience.
Bias behaviour and they hire the staff who are very unprofessional and reject capables beacuse they don't have strong references ...
Extremely poorly organised tours , completely mismanaged with no responsibility . Fraud, misrepresentation and cheating. Never travel with them ever again. God save the customers !
