My experience at Saswade Eye Clinic was disappointing. While the doctors might be good, the staff's efficiency was pathetic. Despite arriving on time for my 11:30 AM appointment, I had to wait until 3:30 PM to see the doctor. It was frustrating. They made me do tests before seeing the doctor, which took 3 hours, only to have them misprint as the results. This happened again the next day. The management is clearly lacking. I don't recommend this clinic as the long waits make even the skilled doctors useless.

I might edit this as this is primary review the staff is behaving good taking care of patients. As I have herd the doctor is skilled as well. They have plenty of space for visitors. Water cooler is there but water is not RO not purified. EDIT - Free Tea and coffee is available. Staff and Doctor are Vary helpful.

Behaviour of staff is very bad they even had no manners about how to talk with patient even though Doctor is well known around area but staff make it worthless

Had been there for more than 8-10 times for eye operation. Ending up spending 3.75 lacs but not satisfied with the results. Staff -0 rating not at all supportive and always rude. Mule madam only gives time when the time of payment comes and convince for extra money. Instead of spending here patient should go to LV Prasad Eye Hosp Hydbad.

Good Hospital.Doctors are very nice and treatment is very good. Waiting periods are very long and bearing.

The receptionist is not at all sticking to her own work, talking about here and there. Keeps us waiting 20 mins on the counter and Arguing . And files are gone randomly not according to sequence. Only Staff problem. Receptionist favourite dialogue: "nahi pn amhala vichara lagel na?" But she doesn't ask anything before that . Only for Doctors we need to come. But you have to come face this staff.

Staff behaviour is not good not even talk to patient about timing & treatment.
