I was bit skeptical when I decided to go to this place. But this place went beyond my expectations. Afghani chicken and Paneer Bhurjee was top notch and a must try. When it comes to service I was impressed with each and every staff they went beyond to help me and was very courteous. Owner of the restaurant himself was there to ensure that all foods are delivered on time and very humble in seeking feedback. Live music was a cherry on the top that too on a Monday night where most of the places in Gurgaon lay low. Place was almost full which surprised me a lot. My only recommendation would be place needs a bit of renovation since it has been there for so many years. Will surely visit again.

Food taste is not as guided, service quality is very poor. The waiter will tell you the waiting time of 20-25 minutes while they will ask you "what is your order after 40 minutes."

Food is tasty, but service is super slow. It took us almost 2 hours to finish lunch because of slow service. Although staff is well behaved. Ambiance is good as well. Parking would be a problem in working days.

Disappointed this time due to the huge rush they only provide tables for big gatherings like 4-5 people first, not for couples, they need to wait to empty the table for which is only for 2 people and they have only 1-2 tables for 2 people. These words shared by their owner directly and manage is saying wo hamare damad hai, wahi dekh rhe h. No Proper Management. Can't Handle Rush in a manner or professionally. 1.)Services are not good now as doing poor services this time. 2.)Waiting to choose the menu will take 15 minutes and 3.) after ordering it till 30 minutes for food waiting . 4.)Also serving teared leaf style paper on the table. 5.)No maintained table, 6.)No maintained washroom. 7.)Dirt is everywhere from stair 1 to till the table. 8.) Very tiny and tight space, you will get only space on the chair to sit. There is no gap between tables and different table chairs.

It is a nice place where you can go for lunch dinner with your family and friends or office staff.

The theme on which this restaurant is made is good enough, real life experience could be downturn for many. Services were very slow and vegetarian food was good, while non vegetarian had strange incense like smell. We ordered as per staff's recommendation still was let down. Not planning to visit in near future

worst/Poor Food ever I tried There is very poor food quality and overall will give in Minus raiting we went to sasural today and below food we order to take away 2- Butter Naan - roti was not cooked well even we gave instructions before 4 - Plain Tawa Roti- we ordered plain they gave us butter roti without instructions 4- Butter Tandoori - burn behind 1 special handi paneer most amazing - this really make my day more pathetic or smelly even I feel like sarso ka oil am eating please don't order handi panneer that is special food there 1 Dal Tadka - that is not upto mark very poor quality of foods and not baked properly even they charge too high waste of time and money

Was looking for a dinner place when we crossed this and decided to try. The overall theme is kinda a mixture of what we've already seen at many such places with cave type ceiling, trees, live music etc. For starters we had Dahi kebabs, pineapple panna, masala virgin mojito. Dahi kebabs were very well done, had a dominant flavour of cardamom, good one's but not one of the best I've had. Pineapple panna was a different take on the normal aam panna and was okaish, and the same goes for masala virgin mojito as well. In the mains we had paneer lababdar, dal makhni, lacha parantha, mirchi parantha & butter roti. The paneer was very soft and the gravy was also very well made with tomatoes & onions in every bite. Dal makhni was a bit above average, tasted nice & had a very peculiar taste to it as they cook it overnight (that's what I was told upon asking). Desserts we had matka kulfi & gulkand kheer. Matka kulfi tasted just like any other stick kulfi taste we're used to, and the gulkand kheer which I was very eager to try turned out to be kinda bland in taste. Service for the starters was very quick, but for the mains they took a lot of time to serve us. The prices are also normal. I would say one can try this place if you're looking for normal food that won't burn your pockets.
