Sasoon Hospital - Government hospital in Pune - Pune, India

Three stars are only for Doctors sincere efforts. Cleanliness is the worst. They don't wipe the floor at all. Wash rooms are dirty and stinky. Broken sanitary ware is never repaired. If this is the situation in the new building, it could be worst in the older ones. I know that the treatments are free, but even then the people deserve the basic sanitation. The property is built from the taxes we pay from the hard earned money. Who is responsible if it's not maintained properly?

Very bad treatment. Am 9th month pregnant now. My husband took me to wagholi Gov hospital from where they asked me to go sasoon. I had very bad abdominal pain. No care was taken in the emergency ward for 2 hours. I literally ran from there n came out because inside was something like a jail n patient are torture. 4 members did vaginally examination for me and I was not even able to walk. Main point only Maharashtra people are treated well, May be. Because a nurse named Vaishali was so arogant and she directly asked me why am I here if wagholi Gove was there. She intentionally made fun of my health condition in front of other doctors n nurse and as she already knew I don't know marati, she said WHY UA IN PUNE, IF U DONT KNOW MARATI. I was not know that I should learn marati prior coming to pune. After that no treatment was done, again 3-4 people came and examined again putting entire hands inside. However I ran from the emergency ward and came to my husband and explained entire story happened inside. Even my husband is also a maharastrain. There were also other nurses who was stopping me and acted very polite coming out. Trust me in sasoon there are no nurses, they are devils sitting there to torture uh. They are very rude. Scold on ur face as if u are enemies to them. They don't like treating patients except chitchatting with each other. If we question them on their behaviour they just put uh aside n no treatment will b done n asks uh to go here there. Now my condition is very bad n because of no money am struggling with pains. But also scared to go to this hospital. I'll end mine n my babies life but never go to sasoon again.

Don't have any issues with internal staff all medical staff and doctors are doing their duties honestly but the main 11 storey building security have 0 etiquettes of talking behaviour! Other times They will let 2 people in with single pass and also smile as if they used to see you regularly and all of a sudden they will stop you form entering in saying "two people's cannot enter with single pass!" They literally act like short-term-memory-loss patient, I came across with few people who also had same experience! They should rectify such confusion because it can escalate the matter incase of an emergency! Additionally Some bathroom floors are leaking out toilet water as soon as someone steps on a perticular tile. This was appeard on 9A ICU ward bathroom. We are paying taxes not to get humiliated by these untrained staff. Please give our taxes justice and give us the service which we deserve at least! Thank You

Usually crowded place , there are many wards and we have to go from here to there again and again , so its better you ask every details properly at help desk

I was the patient in July 2023 here in sasoon for 7 days admitted. They diagnosed me with cellulitis later in private hospital it's clear that it was not cellulitis . Worst experience of Sassoon hospital. Last but not least I will explain it in one sentence only " IF YOUR LIFE IS PRECIOUS THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE GOING FOR sasoon hospital"

Saying bad words to patients family members arrogance all the time when ever someday trying to enter the hospital they stairs like we are alien pls state government take action against them doctors are good but nurses having problem with patients family also parking issue your vehicle will be missing pls check all the time bad,balcony, washrooms, window, dirty not cleaning properly if you have problem with this you have to do by your self

Worst hospital for pregnant ladies no cleanliness staff have no manners to speak with patient washroom so dirty no water in washroom some guards are so cheap they don't have manners to speak some doctors are very good and some are they use abuse language with patient 3rd class hospital first experience worst experience no breakfast on time for pregnant ladies never visit in sassoon hospital in cleanliness all cockroaches are in pregnancy word

Hospital is good but the security staff don't have any manners...how to behave with patients relatives...they behave like hospital property is there own property.... Maharashtra government should take action on this security not only one security staff but all security staff should teach that how talk someone...I have very bad experience since 6 days......I request pls solve this main problem....
