Admitted father in law for heart disease, I insisted here by seeing the google rating so I have a responsibility to appraise 1. Private hospital in look and with infrastructure (good inventory of latest equipments) but Government hospital in management, I could see a chaos in managing patients, examples , the nurse who checks BP ( she hardly sit at her chair,looks like she is the owner of the hospital )and oxygen decides whom she want to check, we went there in a queue when our turn came she told us that we have lot of waiting time to meet doctor and asked us to come later. What is her problem to attend when she is free? May be she is a relative to a key person to show such attitude 2. No token system, whoever convinces the BP checking lady and checks BP will go first so the attitude is justified, remember,we pay money for this it isn't free, still you go through her. 3. The waiting time to see cardiologist is not justified, people with heart diseases won't have luxury of waiting 3 to 4 hours 4. The pharmacy works in complete disorientation, 3-4 people are seen inside Pharmacy but they serve one at a time, which means all work on one prescription with lot of duplications, if each one takes one patient, quickly they can clear the waiting time 5. By 06.30 AM every ward nurse writes a medicine for in patient, and you will see a huge crowd at pharmacy, some common sense would save a huge time 6. The worst things is, the nurses and doctors refused to give discharge summary and refused any explanation about the treatment till we paid total amount,The pharmacy girl laughed at us when we asked for the change of Rs 3 back 7. We could see kind and systematic system of gynaecologist, (they call out for patients who were waiting) well managed in comparison to the cardiologist 8. I feel a short term sales strategy here, fails if some one put investment (a new hospital PS: no one tell their name when asked in this hospital, very strange

For my father's treatment I went for this hospital. There my father admitted only 2 days in ICU .but there charged rs 52000( more expensive for only 2 days). Heart breaking cost for middle class people .
