SAS WOMEN'S HOSTEL - Working Women's Hostel in Chennai - Chennai, India

Worst worst worst hostel. They are not answering for our issues properly. Water shortage even on rainy days, they didn't arrange any water from outside. if you start ask the question, they simply say to vacate the hostel. Warden(selvi) behave rudely. She used bad words. She said it's not my responsibility you have to ask owner. If we reached owner for any issues, she mentioned to vacate the hostel. Most of the time, the owner is not taking the call or she switch off her phone. They have only two Washing machine. Both are not working properly. Machine will wash our clothes 4-5hrs but it's not washing properly. They prepare a little amount of food, it's not sufficient for everyone. Sometimes They give the morning food to night. They won't have separate sub meter for rooms to calculate the ebill. When I joined they said 6k rent, after two months they increased the rent 6300. Please don't prefer this hostel. First you will feel nice, few days later you will come to know about the real face of the management.

Nice place to stay very convenient for shopping essential things , food and its way of providing is literally awesome ! They provide best services for our concerns.one of the best place for office professionals go for it.....

Very very worst hostel..Starting maintenance was good but not now.Really I can not tell about water..Chi chi very black water like drain water..We use to keep cloth to filter the water.even though it was full of black dust. And owner n workers having very good relation like..If we complain anything also ..No use..Only one good thing is... my room.It was neat by having 2 windows. me n my room mates use to sweep our room.somedays...May b they won't sweep for 4 to 5days.They use to say unlimited food but not like that.if you want milk..Sry..watermilk u have to go by 8am...Ayyayo..I can't explain..My hands getting pain to type also..I think u also can't read...Take care of u..B care full if I choose this hostel...

Place is safe and good to stay. Especially the food, which is more like a home food prepared with taste and love. Persons here are very carying and especially Selvi akka prepare awesome food and serve with love :) come and visit!

Main matter there is NO PROPER WARDEN ...noone is there to take care of the issue...cook are administering the hostel..they aren't providing a proper solution... behaving irrespective manner and not taking care of the issue and just saying to vacate... don't believe blindly on first time visit like me

The Food is not really Good for non-south-indians. But the maintenance and cleanliness is nice. The Atmosphere is cool there. A bit of restrictions are there for Outsiders. Nice place to Stay if the food is not a concern.

Located in busy street, so that everything is available near by. But the rooms are very congested and rent is high compared to other hostels. Only 4 aand 5 sharing. They provide one cupboard for all 5. So need to keep things under the cot. Both attached and seperated bathroom rooms available. Food is spiceless and tasty.

SAS is better for safety and proper maintenance. But there are limits to take food and authority for the cooks is more here I don't know why. You shouldn't use the lift. And there are timings to use the washing machine.
