SAS FITNESS . - Gym in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

Since 2018, I have been one of the gym's oldest members. The gym first opened in 2017. It was a very amazing and nice gesture . The owners were always present in the gym, and the trainers always guided us. But as the day progressed and I left and rejoin in 2021, the SAS fitness quality dropped like anything else. NO TRAINERS will show you. They are preoccupied with building their bodies and act as if they are paying taxes. The owners are usually so preoccupied with other branches that they don't care about the prior ones. Trainers desire us to take personal trainers or they will not show anything. Personal trainer would cost 5000 minimum.If you do not wish to hire a personal trainer, they will not teach or demonstrate anything. Why can't SAS Fitness be renamed Personal Training Gym? A new member requires help and basic training from the trainers, which is why they pay monthly fees. There is no need to pay for personal trainers. It's a full-fledged business game. Look for another gym; they are far superior. Don't fall victim to the SAS Fitness Group. Please do not join SAS Fitness based solely on 5 star reviews. The staff exclusively uses the clients' phones and Gmail to leave these 5 star ratings.

A very good gym with lots of equipments and excellent trainers. Its located on the mainroad and can be easily seen from a moving vehicle. The board of the gym is yellow in colour which highlights it. The rates are very reasonable compared to the facilities provided here.

This is hands down the best gym located in the neighborhood. The trainers are extremely friendly and helpful and the ambience is very good. This is like my second home.

Gave the gym 5 stars earlier, Liked things in March, But as the summer season arrived, I can see the poor air conditioning system, Suffocation, very bad ventilation remedies available at the gym, First month went swiftly but as the heat is getting tense, It's super difficult to do gym in the morning time here, as the place opens at 6 am, it's totally suffocating, A. C doesnt work at all, As we hear in news people getting heart attact in the gyms, Someday cases will come from this gym also, Due to its suffocating bad ventilation and air conditioning. RECOMMEND NOT TO JOIN THIS GYM , ATLEAST IN SUMMERS, OR FOR EARLY MORNING SLOTS, OTHER : UNEVEN FLOORING, BAD MIRROR POSITIONING OLD UNMAINTAINED EQUIPMENTS

The atmosphere over here is very friendly, all the trainers are very knowledgeable, the place is very motivating.i am capable to achieve my fitness goal... I recommend to join here

It's an amazing gym as the staff/trainers are extremely good whether it's there behaviour or the training part they are very helpful and there way of guidance is remarkable.
