Dr. Sonal Palod is so good, friendly, caring but hospital don't have amenities. I have opted super deluxe room for my wife's delivery with expectation of premium services which is completely missed in Hospital. In super Deluxe room hospital is leaking with even basic facilities like hand wash, mosquito quile/bat & cleaning/Hospital attender. Even apart from Dr. Sonal I haven't found hardly any experience staff. Someone told me Dr..Sonal is trying for normal delivery that why I have chosed Sarvottam Hospital but after admission i explore services of hospital is very poor. So in Conclusion - 1) if trying for normal Delivery, -4.5/5 2) Expecting premium service -1/5 3) Expecting Noram service- 2.5/5 4) skilled staff / Nurse- 2/5 5) Hospital ambitions and cleaning-4/5 6) overall fee of surgery - 4/5 7) Dr Sonal Palod - 5/5

1. She is very Friendly in a good way. Also his supporting staff. 2. She gives all advises with a smile which helps you to take it well and even help to ask any question to the doctor. 3. She helps patient to understand things in layman language even the most complicated terms. It gives you whole info. Why test should happen? What patient needs to do or prepare? What would be the outcome. 4. She is a good doctor and always provides time when you require. : Dr. Sonal Palod is one of the rarely found doctors in today's world and I really appreciate the way she handles my wife's concern. "Sarvottam Hospital" is an exceptional maternity hospital that provided me with an outstanding experience during my pregnancy and childbirth. Staff behaviour is familiar.The Hospital is very good and hygienic hospital.Dr sonal palod Mam's behaviour is also familiar and very kind.She can understand patient's problem.When it was time for delivery, The medical team was exceptional, ensuring that I felt supported and safe throughout the process. The nurses were dedicated and compassionate, assisting me with breastfeeding and offering guidance on newborn care.If someone have any problems I will suggest to go to sonal mam. I had an eye surgery for both of my eyes, suggested thoughtfully by Dr. Sapan palod, in which he carefully and patiently replaced the natural lens with best quality artificial lens. My number before the surgery was very high and there were other complications too but with his confidence and high standard amenities provided by the hospital helped my operation results a lot, now I have 100% recovery of both eyes. All thanks to Dr. Sapan palod and Dr. Sonal palod for helping me throughout this process. Can't thank them enough for for their service and kind nature. Their behaviour was very compassionate.

Dr Sapan Palod is best at what he does as eye specialist. My cataract surgery and follows up have been done really well. He is very supportive and comes back on time on any queries. My husband also knows his father personally and he himself has been a very good doctor all these years. We highly recommended getting your eyes tested by Sapan sir for anything you need.
