Sarvottam hospital - Hospital in Karnal, Phusgarh Part - Karnal, India

I got my wife treated from here and at that time I liked the hospital very much. While the treatment was going on, one day my wife suddenly got stomach ache, I took her to this hospital at night and there I deposited her emergency fee which was one thousand rupees. When I discussed about the pain with madam, then madam started asking my wife about not getting all the tests done which she had written on the slip, why did she not get them done when it is the responsibility of the lab inside the hospital to do them. Because no one knows which tests are written in the slip. What's more, madam told us that you should go to the stomach doctor for pain, I am a gynecologist whereas the first aid kit is always there in the hospital. I had taken my wife here because she was undergoing treatment for urine infection from here. madam also said that, I left dinner for you. Now someone should ask her that instead of giving first aid kit to the patient, would you tell the patient that I am a gynecologist and not a stomach doctor? If this is the case then why are you charging Rs 1000 as emergency fee if you cannot provide first aid.

I gave birth to my daughter on 14th August. I was not tolerating the pain at all. I didn't know that I would become so uncontrollable. But the doctor explained to me and scolded me a little for my own good because I kept saying repeatedly that I have to get the operation done, I can't tolerate the pain. but ma'am did my normal delivery only. A doctor like you is no less than a God May God give you a long life.

Highly rude staff, especially the male receptionist as if he himself is the owner.. Doctor might or might not be good in nature but staff behaviour highly matters. Just for a mere face to face connect with doctor (no consultation since even patient was not there) it doesn't make any sense to have a consultation slip that too an emergency slip just because it's 2:11 (11 minutes over 2 pm).. LOL Word of mouth publicity is one of the main factors for any organisation's growth and here for sure, this is going to backfire you. Huge disappointment. Edit 1 - Where did I mention that patient is bleeding?? Which other case are you merging with my case?? Please go through the text thoroughly first. Generally we all expect the hospitals to be careful and be precise on their patient's data and information and here you are merging 2 cases.. Do you even have my name in your hospital register?? Just check.. didn't find it..LOL.. you won't be able to find since we left from the reception desk itself. Secondly, stop spreading the lies by mentioning that the doctor treated the patient or advised the patient or even saw the case since as mentioned above, we didn't even see/meet the doctor because of your receptionist (especially the male staff) who didn't even bother to go to doctor and ask for a greet permission (even when we requested) before taking any decision. Why would we (or anyone) bother to wait or even visit such a hospital in future .!! Huge setback after seeing such a response or I should say fake response, coming out from an institution's owner without even checking/clarifying the facts on their end. Edit 2 - On the response from owner's end: So it took you more than 24 hours to get back here, again with an irresponsible response and without having the facts checked..!!! Or shall I say your so called innocent hospital staff misguided you and you don't have any other medium to get to the reality of the incident.. haha.. btw, in case you have the video proof (as you mentioned), have you gone through that yourself first?? Please do if not till now and you'll come to know the exact conversation (provided you have the voice recorded as well :D ).. Coming to your point, who told you that we denied to pay the consultation charges or where have you heard or have read that in my comments?? Do have deep breath, relax & go through it once again but this time thoroughly. Your hospital staff told you this?? :D :D It's true that obviously we were not willing to pay the emergency charges, but only the normal charges since neither it had to be an actual consultation related to some ailment/issue since patient herself was not there (so the doctor was not even required to revisit all her course study materials to provide us the consultation), nor the receptionist told us about the doctor having the lunch during that time since they were promptly looking for having more patients to make the consultation slips.. So why would we pay emergency charges when there was no such actual emergency?? Just because it is Rs200 more than normal charges?? For people with hard earned money, these Rs200 as well matters. And yes we expected for doctor to allow us to simply meet since the meeting wasn't regarding any medical issue - though that depends on doctor to doctor. Still there are many hospitals or I would say doctors in Karnal who believe in patient-doctor bonding and for them the trust is the most important factor (way more important than money) and thus they charge ethically.. Ours' is not a big metro city (where people generally do not prioritise the basic human values in almost every profession and are always looking to get hold of every single penny they could even if that requires to cut the other person's neck). Here many popular doctors have build their legacy just because of their understanding and generous behaviour that they portray towards their patients and the trust/faith that the people of Karnal have build on them in these years.. but yes, If you're here with mindset of doing just business then I can understand...

My wife was having pregnancy issue during third month of pregnancy due to some baby's Dhadkhan issue we decide to take decision of abortion & Dr. Sarvottam mam also guide us. but i am appreciate Dr. Sarvottam mam's work & behaviour too. In future i will take my wife to Dr. Sarvottam mam for consulting & regarding pregnancy. She is best in her field. I am totally satisfied with Dr. Sarvottam

It was a very nice experience with Sarvottama mam for delivery of my wife. I am giving 4 stars deducting 1 star due to staff asking money on the name of BADHAI. This is the serious concern as parents will give by their own will if they want to give but staff asked money as their right.. Overall good experience..

Worst Experience ever in my life with any Doctor. We were called in today to get my wife's ultrasound as prescribed by the doctor. Paid extra money because it was after hours which is okay as we visited after 2PM. I asked the doctor if her ultrasound report is gonna be in printed format and will be valid for Immigration Purpose and she said yes it will be. But when paid for the ultrasound she just gave us black and white picture of ultrasound with a handwritten receipt which was totally different than what she agreed on before we paid for it. I asked her again if its gonna be fine for immigration purpose, she totally ignored us and walked away. I complained to the reception about her and the lady at the reception shouted at me and asked if we still wanna get the remaining test done or get out of the hospital. and when I said that I am gonna lodge a legal complaint about the insult I faced today in this Hospital, doctor said do whatever you can. So I will definitely take it on Board. DOCTORS AND STAFF AT RECEPTION ARE VERY RUDE. Complete Rip Off.

Thanks DR sarvottama for the delivery of my wife. I prefer this hospital specialy for normal delivery. I had the best experience with this amazing and wonderful doctor. Best hospital ever
