The staff, especially the nurses don't even know how to behave with a patient, they don't even use spirit before putting injection in the body of the patient, worst hospital in the town, the fees for a mere visit of the doctor is superhigh, they also make those doctors visit you who are not even required by you and add their fees in your bill. And let's not even talk about cleanliness. It is a private hospital but everything is worse than a government one. Only if I could file a complaint against those nurses who ill treated my mother.

It is a good hospital in Ghaziabad. Due to diamond flyover location is such that it becomes less noticeable. However, Doctors are well experienced and very straight forward to explain the course of treatment. Staff is well behaved. It would be good for hospital to grow for welfare of mankind. Even pharmacy is caring for your money. I wish that they continue this approach and never covert into a minting hospital.

This hospital is not Good for treatement staff is Not well behave. They take only money not give Good Treatement. Take extra money than other hospital and not do proper treatment please other Pateint do not visit this hospital. And Santos medical hospital is much better than is hospital Santos hospital is near bus stand easy to go also and every facility is there.

Wish I could give them Zero stars. I have not had time to put in the review. However, this review dates about one year back. My mother-in-law was to undergo angioplasty. This hospital being close to their home, and being recommended by the doctor treating her, we chose this hospital. I did not like the cleanliness of the hospital, and the initial experience was pretty bad. anyways, we were already there, so decided to proceed. She underwent the treatment - regular Angio - and was recovering well and all her vitals recovering normally. At the time of admission, we were asked if we have insurance and the next question was what is the limit? hmmmm.. why do you care what the limit is? I realised it later why. Because they wanted to exhaust the limit at least. Anyways, she was discharged after 6 odd days despite asking why they are keeping her in the hospital. their answer.. it would be good if she is kept in the hospital for few more days ... hmmm she is not there for a picnic. Finally the bill came to 3.7 L, which is a shocker. Anyways, since I was not present at that time, the family paid the bills and took her home. I know from my doc friends that this is absolutely crazy and the max bill for her treatment in Apollo / or that level hospital would be 2.5 L. So, I decided to speak to the hospital. I was given usual stories on why they did what they did. Finally, I told them that I would put the story in media thru my friends and also that I would get them blacklisted by the insurance firm, they relented and corrected the overcharged amount partly. I would say, that NO ONE should go to this hospital as neither they have good doctors, hygenic facilities and definitely nor ANY ETHICS. Avoid at all costs.

Don't want to give even one star. Worst hospital there is no proper medical facilities for heart patients and hospital doesn't have any experienced doctors to tackle heart patient. I lost my husband my son lost his father due to poor treatment provided by the hospital and doctor was not able to handle the emergency situation. Please don't fool the innocent people and play with the life of them.

it's not a hospital but a business centre by these doctors.. once the patient arrive instead of providing proper treatment they open up there menu and start explaing the cost of treatment.. The doctors themselve say that the common man is a fool.. (but don't think that there bread is only earned from these common man who has come with a hope of getting treated properly).. even if there is an option of zero star i certainly have given that.. if you are thinking of getting there give a second thought.. no experienced doctor..they have deteroited there facilities and treatment in last few years .. and now they are no less than a government hospital.. all they want is money.

Pathetic Hospital!! Staff is rude and not coperative. They will only reach out for money. No facilities in the room. No cleaning, rooms are dirty and my patient suffers from infection due to this. I will not recommend to anyone.
