Excellent Experience at the Hospital I recently had a painful experience with my right kidney ureter on July 13th around 3 PM. Although I had read some mixed reviews about this hospital, I decided to trust in their expertise and visited them. To my relief, they admitted me to the emergency ward promptly, where my pain was alleviated within 30 minutes. The hospital staff immediately arranged for some basic tests, including blood work, an ECG, and a CT scan of my kidney. During the scan, they discovered a stone lodged in my ureter and recommended laser surgery. Dr. Mithlesh Yadav, along with his supportive team, performed the surgery on the morning of the 14th. Despite my initial apprehension, the staff managed to calm my nerves, and the surgery was successful. After the procedure, I was assigned dedicated nurses, Monika and Khusbhu Kumari, who provided exceptional care. I highly recommend their services as they were attentive, compassionate, and efficient throughout my stay. I consider myself fortunate to have had them as my caregivers. The hospital itself deserves praise for its well-maintained rooms, cleanliness, and excellent service. The cost of treatment was reasonable, especially when compared to other nearby hospitals in Gaur City, where the estimated budget was significantly higher, exceeding 90k. Additionally, the hospital waived the emergency charges since I was admitted, which was a pleasant surprise. One aspect that pleasantly surprised me was the food provided by the hospital. Although it was not complimentary except the patient the quality was exceptional, akin to a five-star hotel. The convenience and reasonable price made it a welcome addition to my overall experience. Finally, I was concerned about the billing process, considering it was a Sunday. However, contrary to my expectations, the Third Party Administrator (TPA) responded promptly, and the entire billing process took only two hours. So, my overall experience at the hospital was excellent. From the moment of admission to the successful surgery and the exceptional care provided by the nurses, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service. The hospital's facilities, cleanliness, reasonable costs, and efficient billing process further contributed to my positive impression. I would highly recommend this hospital based on my personal experience.

First of all, I would like to thank the doctor who helped my mother so much in her serious condition and handled the whole situation very well. Dr. Pankaj and Dr. Abhinav are the best doctors.Who handle my mother critical condition very well and the hospital staff are very soft spoken and food are also good the nursing staff is very polite and the the cleanliness in hospital are so good....

I want to express my extreme gratitude for the care I received from Sarvodaya Hospital. My wife recently gave birth at this hospital on 6th July and we are happy with the excellent service and assistance received throughout this journey. Dr. Astha Srivastava was the Best we could have asked for, and the ward nurse and attenders irrespective of shift were best (sorry couldn't recall all the names of morning/night shift ward nurses and attenders) everyone were so helpful and kind. We felt very well taken care of during our stay. Thanks to Anita Ma'am and 'Staffs from reception' for the smooth billing process and for providing best package. Thank you to everyone who made our experience so positive!

One of the best hospital in Greater Noida (West). It was a great experience. The doctor and hospital staff are very experienced and cooperative.The service provided by each one is worth it. Dr. Astha Srivastava and Team is one of the best caring doctor . I have had the pleasure of having. The Nursing team and Houskepping team (Mr. Vishal and Miss. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent 3 visits to Sarvodaya Hospital. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations in several aspects: Appointment : Regrettably, I experienced a significant delay in my appointment time, which inconvenienced me and disrupted my schedule. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, causing delays, but the extended waiting period exceeded what I had anticipated. You should give same appointment time to multiple patient for a single doctor. Communication: The lack of clear communication between staff members regarding my treatment plan led to confusion and delays in receiving proper care. Wait Times: Excessive waiting periods in various departments significantly prolonged my stay at the hospital, causing inconvenience and discomfort.

Sarvodaya hospital is the best hospital in patient care services. Doctors, Nurse staff, management, etc. all are very helpful and supportive. In case of gynaecology, Dr. Astha Shrivastava is the best doctor. In today's world she is the doctor who suggests and waits for 24 hours for Normal Delivery. I had my best experience with her. Thankyou Dr. Astha and Sarvodaya Hospital for everything! Highly recommended!

Sr.Sapna Yadav is the best doctor of pulmonary and respiratory and understand the patient pain and treated the patient very soft and accordingly and very cooperative. Best nursing and very prompt to the service, very polite and very cooperative. Infact all the staffs are very good. Hospital maintain very hygiene and take care of patients requirements. Good communication and clarity from Dr. Anchit Uppal. He was amazing in convincing me and family about how he will operate my complete Tear of Ligament about the ACL reconstruction surgery. His Team of Orthopaedic specially Mr Sunil were extremely helpful and friendly. Post OT Care and Nursing has been very good.. Looking forward for smooth Recovery.
